Freezer starts to thaw and we have to turn control knobs to get it to start back up it quit working what parts do i need

Hi Jamie, Thank you for your question. If the freezer section of your refrigerator is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the capacitor, the thermostat assembly, the bi-metal defrost thermostat and the evaporator fan motor.
