Hello and Thanks in advance... The ice maker has stopped making ice.. push the button for ice the ice maker turns on and spiral mechanism turns..is there a common issue with these new products.. mfg date 10/20/2020

Hi Roland, Thank you for your question. We do not show a recall listed for this model. If your ice maker is not making ice, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water fill tubes, the water filter, the water inlet valve and the ice maker. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service.
