After power washing about 1 minute. He engine sounds like it has a heavy load on it and will then die. If i let up on the spray the engine will keep running. When i manually put the engine in high speed it runs fine. Then when i engage the pump it pulls it down and dies. Pump bad ??

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your question. If your power washer runs for a few minutes and then dies, the spark arrestor may be clogged with soot. This will prevent the pressure washer from sparking and the machine will fail to run. You may also have a clogged carburetor and it will need to be either cleaned or replaced.
