Are there parts available for this pump to make it compatible to use with hot water?

The pressure release valve seems to have failed. The only way I can use the washer is if I keep the trigger open so that there is a constant water stream. If I close the trigger, the engine chokes and shuts down. (Too much pressure build-uo). What part do I need to fix this problem? Thanks

My pressure washer is leaking around the side of the pump and the is a black oily residue at the top of the pump. Do you know if this pump is repairable? Thanks
