What staples do I need & where to get them

Hello Bill, thank you for your question. The NS150C Narrow Crown Stapler drives 18-Gauge staples with 1/4-inch crown from 1/2-inch to 1-1/2-inch length. We do not have any locations that carry them. We would suggest calling the manufacturer directly.

Fairly new narrow crown stapler. The depth adjustment wheel is frozen in place and won't let me move it left to right. What is causing this problem?

Hello James, Thank you for the question. Normally this can be fixed by using pliers with a little force and turning in the direction that shortens the depth of the nail. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair.
