One of the four metal prongs that the lithium battery comes into contact with broke off and was lost. I cannot determine this part number. Also, how is this part replaced?

the turbo button does not always work when pressing it .sometimes it stops while using it.any thoughts TY

Hi Johnie, Thank you for your question. If the turbo button does not always work, there may be debris clogging the switch housing.
