I have not been able to release the PREFILTER from the Pivot hand VAC. I tried pressing on the release button and my conclusion is that it may be stuck? Advise please.
Peter For model number BDH2000PL - July 20, 2022

Hello Peter, thank you for your question. There is a release button beside the Black & Decker logo. Push and hold the button while pushing the nozzle down. My battery weak could it be the base charger not the battery
Sharon For model number BDH2000PL - March 9, 2023

Hello Sharon, Thank you for writing. It is more common for the battery being worn or faulty. We can suggest checking the Charger Base with a multimeter to check the continuity. We hope this helps!
