Drive Control Cable 9614500009 Can this cable be lengthened even slightly? I know there is some adjustment on the turnbuckle end; is there any adjustment on the transmission end?? My cable is only about 1/4" too short to attach to the transmission. Thank you - jn

Hi Jim and thank you for contacting us. No cables cannot be lengthened. There are 3 different models of this lawn mower which use 2 different cables. There is the Husqvarna HU700F (2012-11)(96145000900) which uses Cable Part Number: 579708909 and both the Husqvarna HU700F (2012-01)(96145000601) and Husqvarna HU700F (2011-11)(96145000600) uses Cable Part Number: 532447586.
