I sheered off the bolt that holds on the blade. I have remove the bolt and I'm now seeing that I am missing the key that goes in the keyway on the shaft if I buy a new adapter does it come with the key?

Hello Jeffrey, thank you for your question. While we are unsure if the adapter comes with a key, we do have these installation instructions that may answer the question. The testimonial says: Broken broken spindle bolt. Drilled 3/8 hole in broken bolt. And used a bolt extractor bit in a drill to reverse out the broken off bolt inside the spindle. Adaptor is held in place by a pulley belt which was easy to remove adapter simply slips off. New adapter slips on, and belt slipped into place. New hardened bolt used to secure the blade into place.
