HOW TO REPAIR THE ON/OFF SWITCH? Light does not stay on when required.

Hi Lloyd, Thank you for your question. Before removing and replacing the on/off switch on your kettle, unplug it from the electrical outlet. Once you have unplugged the kettle, unthread the top and bottom screws securing the handle to the frame. With the handle removed, unhook the light from the switch and gently remove the old switch. Then insert the new switch and reattach the light. Position the handle onto the frame and secure it with the screws. Plug the kettle back in and verify if it works.
