motor runs pump to 120 lbs stops with full charge like normal then when I use air and it tries to charge again pump will not turn over. Motor runs fine without belt. Please help thanks Kent

Hello Kent, Thank you for the question. When this occurs the check valve is usually stuck open. This will cause high pressure to be trapped in the head adding extra load to the electric motor and preventing it from restarting. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair.
