I used my stove for the 1st time over the weekend. It kept flaring or serging as I was cooking. Yellow flame. I had to turn it off several times. What's the problem?
Rosa For model number 9922 - May 11, 2022

Hi Rosa, Thank you for your question. If the flame was yellow, then the burner is not getting enough air and you will need to adjust the burner's air intake. To adjust the air intake, you will need to first light the grill and then remove the front control panel, so you can access the manifold and valves. Once the control panel has been removed, loosen the screw on the air adjustment and slide the metal sleeve to adjust the flow of air. Once you have completed this, make the adjustment on the other burners. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
