Hi Joe, Thank you for your question. The magnets on the flywheel generate electricity to supply your battery with power. Check and see if the magnets are still attached to the flywheel. If they are no longer attached or they are worn or damaged, you will need to replace the flywheel. The part number listed under your model number for the flywheel is 24 025 55-S. Hello Ron, Thank you for the question. A blocked fuel filter can prevent gasoline from reaching the mower's engine adequately, resulting in the lawn mower not being drivable. Also a damaged or clogged air filter can also prevent the lawn mower from going forward or in reverse because the engine will overheat quickly. We hope this solves your problem!
