my third rack with utensils on it are not getting cleaned. I made sure there were no clogs in the tube that leads to it

Hi Jerry, Thank you for your question. If the utensils on the third rack are not getting cleaned and there are no clogs, make sure that there are no obstructions preventing the water from reaching the third rack. If you overfill the dishwasher, water may not reach the upper rack. Make sure that you load the dishes correctly, so water can reach all racks and also check the water pressure in the dishwasher to see if it is too low. We hope this helps!
