I have the Cuisinart Stainless Steel Thermal Coffee Pot with a 12-cup Carafe. I need a new seal for the lid (Model #DTC-975BKN. Everything else on this coffee maker works perfectly, but the seal is stretched. How can I get a replacement. We love this coffee maker.

Hello Jo, thank you for your question. The individual lid or seal are not available. We do have the entire Thermal Replacement Carafe (Black/?Stainless) which is part DTC-975TC12BSS.
