This unit start's good but afterwards it goes really slow and bluid up about 30ib and the aluminum line gets really hot to the point you can not touch it

Hi Fred, Thank you for your question. If your air compressor starts good and afterwards slowly builds pressure, there may be an issue with the air-intake pump, or with the gasket between the low and high pressure compartments of the compressor. You should also check the air filter to see if it is dirty or worn. If the line is getting hot it is likely from the process of the piston cycles inside the cylinder head pulling in air and creating friction from the air molecules or the heat could also be transferred from the motor.
