How to tighten handle so it stays in place

Hi Don, Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, to fit the handle bar, first remove the screw at the rear of the throttle handle. Then slide the throttle handle onto the right side of the handle bar. Next, align the screw hole in the throttle handle with the hole in the handle bar. Refit the screw in the hole in the rear of the throttle handle. Screw the screw through the handle and the handle bar and tighten it. Then fit the mounting components. The handle mounting must be fitted between the arrows on the shaft. Next, loosely tighten the screws. Put the harness on and hang the machine from the support hook. Now make a ?nal adjustment so that the machine is in a comfortable working position when it hangs from the harness. Then tighten the screws. If you have any questions, please let us know.
