Hello Jeff, thank you for your question. Your steam wand could be clogged. You can try cleaning it with a needle and white vinegar. It could also be a solenoid valve issue. If it becomes clogged or malfunctioned, then steam will only be emitted extremely slowly, if at all. Part number SP0020444. We hope this helps. You may have a broken or damaged pressure gauge, a broken seal or gasket, or a clogged water line. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service.
