The third tube wouldn't ignite, even after cleaning. I assumed it was a manifold issue and after replacing it everything works great!

You need to unscrew/unbolt the covers to access the manifold. Then unbolt the manifold and retainer ring. Swap in the new one and put everything back together. Rather easy.

Inlet valve on manifold broke off. Had to replace entire unit.

Aligning the jets into the burner tubes while getting the manifold to drop into the rail slots took some playing with but, all in all, not bad. Part was about $20 cheaper here than from Weber direct. Helpful that they included a diagram.

Gas leak at fitting location

Step 1 I removed 4 screws with a Phillips head screwdriver
Step 2 then the gas knobs
Step 3 removed 2 bolts with wrench
Step 4 removed original burner manifold
Step 5 installed new manifold with (2) new bolts supplied with new assembly
Step 6 replaced cover with 4 screws
Step 7 replaced gas knobs
Step 8 checked for gas leaks
