The valves are built into the manifold, which allows you to adjust the gas from off to full. Common manifold assembly problems include stuck valves, a valve that won't shut off completely, and a plugged valve or an orifice. It is an identical replacement for a damaged or a missing part that was installed on a new unit. Make sure to unplug the gas tank before performing this repair. One valve on the manifold was frozen and the burners were used up after 10 years

Disassembled the grill and removed the manifold and the burners. Replaced with the new parts I received. Took less than 30 minutes and my grill is back.

Remove control knobs. Remove top cover plate screw then plate. Remove two manifold bolts. Remove hose clip. Release the igniter. Remove old manifold. Install new hose clip. Reattach igniter. Install manifold and two bolts. Install cover plate then the cover plate screw. Replace burner knobs.

ereplacement parts sent me my new manifold for a Weber E310 series Genesis grill. I was happy that Weber instructions on installation were included. The hardest part was removing the old manifold bracket nuts. They were rusted shut. I broke both them off, and pounded the bolts off with a hammer. After that, the install of the manifold was a breeze. My Weber 310 is like new again!

broken gas valve

One gas valve was discovered broken. Was unable to order the valve alone, so I ordered the entire manifold. Part arrived very promptly (thanks!). The manifold did not fit. In the interest of expedience, I decided to remove a valve from the new manifold and use it to replace the non-functional one.

I made them up as I went along.
As anticipated. a couple of screws were rusted and softened beyond usability. Thankfully I was able to find one that would work.
The grill looks and runs great.
I only wish that i knew there was hardware in the manifold kit so that I wouldn't have to buy and order it separately as I did.
Seven bucks down the drain.
All parts and website are the real deal.
I will most certainly look to this place for any and all Weber grill parts and needs.
