This durable plastic lid was designed for use in Hamilton Beach food processors and features a unique feeding chute that allows for ingredients to be sliced and chopped in the appliance and then dispensed outwards into another container. No tools are required to replace this item. Simply remove the old lid and secure the new one in place. One item is included per order.

Assembled the food processor using the new/replacement parts, plugged in the appliance and turned it on. S-blade and lid fit perfectly. Threw away the old/broken/cracked parts. Repair complete.
There is a little wedge (for lack of a better name) that goes into the cover to prevent food from going out the shoot when the shoot isn\'t being utilized. But luckily I had retained the broken top and its wedge until the replacement part arrived so I had the wedge from the broken top. It\'s all good ;)
It wasn\'t a repair. The food processor bowl broke and I was delighted that I could order the parts online instead of having to throw the electrical body away and buy a new one. I didn\'t add to the landfill and was able to keep my current machine. Thanks!
