This is an OEM replacement part designed for Coleman portable grills. This is the left burner of the grill from which the flames rise from. Please note the right burner is sold separately. This burner is made out of metal and it is sold individually.
No tools needed to replace this burner.
• Make sure to disconnect the gas tank
• Remove old burner and install the new one
• Re-connect the gas tank and test the grill

1. Removed screws from base to access the bottom of the grill
2. Removed 4 screws, 2 per burner holding burners in place
3. Removed screws on brackets holding igniters, 1 per
4. Remove burner and install new
5. Reverse the process
Over all very easy
Take caution if using a drill with the new screws. The head stripped very easily while using my drill, so I switched to using a screwdriver instead.

Replacement straight forward, but note that the wires going into igniters are brittle and easily break off when removed to replace burners. If the burners are old enough they are rusted away, may as well replace igniters at same time.

Remove griddle by hand. Removed 6 screws around chrome flange. Removed screws on burners and valve housing.Removed and replaced burners and igniters. Cleaned reassembled
and adjusted gap on igniters to proper distance from burner. Parts came quick and in good condition. Fit good. time from order to ready to grill less than 5 days and at a fraction of the price of a new grill.

2. Unbolted lid
3. Removed cook top
4. Removed legs and pan with burners attached
5 Unscrewed burners.
6. Unplugged igniter wire
7. Reversed for reassembly
