Blower Start Rope wound not re-wind.
This unit required total disassembly to get to re-wind rope. Once you have everything in sub-assemblies, you can remove rope and pulley, rewind retainer clips and rewind spring. Then it is just a matter of putting all back together in the sequence you removed it. Threading the rope back through the hole to attach to the handle is a little tricky but can be done once you think it out. I would caution the repairer not to put any more tension on the re-wind spring than is necessary to retract the rope completely.
