2. Removed air filter.
3. Removed wires from carburetor.
4. Removed nuts that held carburetor to rods.
5. Removed carburetor and all corresponding gaskets and spacer (don't remove fuel hose).
6. Removed heat shield.
7. Replaced everything exactly how it was except with the new parts.
And it's also a good idea to replace the air filter since you will have it off anyway.
