replaced a 30-year-old blender pitcher!
After 30-some years, the heavy glass pitcher on my Oster blender cracked. I couldn't help but wonder if the specs on the replacement were accurate, that it would be an exact heavy glass original. I needn't have worried, though. The only difference between the old & new was that the slight cloudiness of the old next to the sparkle of the new.
At 93 years old, I was dreading the hassle of shopping for a new blender and figuring out how to use it. Instead, I've got my original Oster 14-speed with its new pitcher at a fraction of the price of a new one.

Put the blade assembly then the seal into the bottom container, them screwed the bottom container onto the jar.

The glass cube from my old blender fell and broke.

I received the glass jar that personnel told me should fit my blender, even though it was a different form than my old one was, and screwed the cutting mechanism and seal on the bottom. I added the top and little jar topper and the whole blender works again!
