While it is an original Ryobi replacement part, the part itself is cheaply made by Ryobi and will not last more than a year or two from my experience, which is why I ordered two extras.
As to the performance of ePeplacement Parts, while shipping seems to be a bit on the slow side they did provide everything I ordered, which allowed me to completely rebuild my leaf blower. Ryobi discontinued the model I have but it is my wife's favorite blower considering its weight to power ratio. In that respect eReplacement Parts came through big time! Thank you eRP!

Removed all screws on bottom of blower.
Removed all screws on handle assembly.
The screw on the top of motor unscrews clockwise NOT counter clockwise.
Hold impeller assembly while unscrewing. Install new impeller assembly and replace all screws.
