1 - Placed a 1/4" flat blade screwdriver in the notch allocated for locking the trimmer head in place.
2 - Removed the old trimmer head by turning it in a Clock-wise manner.
3 - Cleaned debris from the shaft (under the old head).
4 - Installed the new head by turning it in a Counter Clock-wise manner.
5 - Removed screwdriver from slot.
6 - Snapped new "bump cap" into place.
(Took about 3 minutes total)

The holes holding the trimmer cord in place were reamed out after a period of time and would no longer hold the cord.

Remove the bottom cap from the old fixed line head, then thread the old head off, and thread the new one on, then snap on the bottom cap
