When i add a full cup of water only half a cup comes out and turns off. Can you tell what to do to fix it . Thanks

Hi Phillip, I would unplug your coffee maker, clean it out and put it back together. If it is still not putting out a full cup of coffee I would call the manufacturer to see if they can suggest a fix. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

Can I use a substitute to travel canister?

I was needing to see if I could get a replacement for the rubber ring one the top of the close down lid it has become in need of replacing ?

The Multilevel Cup Rest won't fit into a level position for a cup,(it angles upward). This is a new, unused appliance. Help!

Hi Janet, I could not find much information about this issue, if the cup rest is bent, I would try to straighten it to the appropriate angle. If that is not possible you can replace it with part 990120800. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
