After filling cup coffee, it leaks, rubber replacement?
Gary for model number 47950 asked on 2023-03-28
Hi Gary, Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, if coffee leaks from the dispenser, you may have coffee grounds trapped in the coffee tank dispensing mechanism under the seal in the coffee tank. Your owner's manual recommends cleaning with vinegar or coffee maker cleaner. To clean the coffee maker, remove the optional water filter and pour 2 cups of vinegar into the water reservoir. Press ON. Then turn OFF after 20 seconds and wait 30 minutes. Press ON. Turn OFF when finished. When cool, dispense several cups before emptying and rinsing the reservoir. NOTE: The coffee maker will remind you it is time for cleaning in two ways: 1. Built-in cycle timer?Every 30 cycles, CLEAN will flash in display and stay illuminated for 2 cycles. 2. Built-in residue sensor?CLEAN will appear in display when the unit senses residue buildup and remain illuminated until the unit has been cleaned. Run 2?3 more brew cycles with CLEAN WATER only. Allow to cool between cycles. Your owner's manual mentions, coffee maker cleaner is the recommended method for cleaning and is preferred over vinegar since it is more effective and leaves no odor. Follow the package directions on the coffee maker cleaner. Dispense several cups before discarding the solution. If you have any questions, please let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!
