The guide fence was not straight, every time you cut a long board the cut was off. I think the fence was off when we got it new, just cutting wood would not bend that metal.

I just used a socket set and took out 4 screws and put the new one in. I checked it with a level first to make sure it was straight, then put in place and put the screws in. That it.

The replacement part was easy to install as there are only four bolts holding the fence in place. Nice straight cuts again.
