You will need to wrap the bag around the bag frame, then once you have that done you can attach the assembly to the mower, and start working.

I found it pretty self explanatory, however I didn't know which end of the frame was supposed to face upward. I put the bag on wrong the first time when things didn't line up I removed it and flipped it over. It fit perfectly into the mower slots and worked great.
