I removed valve cover and head and slowly worked the frozen valve out of the head. I cleaned carbon buildup off piston head and head, sanded intake valve shaft and then reassembled. I adjusted valve lash, warmed up the engine and readjusted valve lash and called it good! Parts worked great, generator runs like new.
