2. Ensure you have a clean work space and a means to keep the hardware organized
3. Empty, or ensure that the fuel tank is empty
4. Separate the fuel lines from the carburetor and primer bulb assembly
5. Gain access to the fuel tank attachment hardware, then remove the tank
6. Examine the fuel lines-one leads to the fuel filter flopping mid tank, the other attaches at the top of the tank. Also, ensure the lines do not slip easily through the holes in the tank.
7. Attach the line with the fuel filter to the nipple at the carburetor inlet
8. Attach the other line to the nipple at the primer bulb
9. Attach the fuel tank and other parts removed for accessibility
10. Fill tank, prime, start

Drilled out plastic bracket to make it fit, holes didn’t line up, minor drilling. Installed new tank and put back together.
