The handle was good, but screw was bent
I was sent a new handle for my Ryobi power unit. The handle itself was fine, but the screw needed to mount it was bent. So I had to use my old screw that is slightly stripped. So it looks like Ill have to buy that too

Unscrewed the wing bolt removed the broken handle piece, installed new handle reinstalled the wing bolt adjusted the handle and then tightened up the wing bolt and went back to using the unit.
