Description:

This is an authentic Briggs & Stratton replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with small engines. The special carburetor float is used to engage the needle valve as fuel is added and drained from the float bowl. This carburetor float is available as an individual replacement part, please see model diagram for associative parts.

The carburator float was damaged.

I removed the top of the carburetor, took out the old float and replaced it with the new one. I put the top back on, checked for leaks and started the engine. It worked great.
