I waited many months, but you kindly kept apologizing, until you were able to provide the replacement filter basket, since our spring piece had come off for the coffee to stop dripping into the glass carafe if removed while brewing. Once it finally arrived, the small side insert part is square instead of round like the model of the original Two in one Hamilton Beach Flexbrew we have and has a handle that sticks up too far for the water reservoir lid too close .So it won't fit and we have no other option unless you can send us a different one like the original. The bottom drip hole area with the spring is a different spacing and size and therefore we cannot use that spring or end for our old one and it will not set into our coffeemaker basket. Do you have any other options? Ruth Ann
