This replacement filter assembly is a genuine OEM sourced item that is designed for use with Rolair air compressors. Its purpose is to ensure the air that goes int he unit is free of dust and other contaminants. This assembly includes the metal housing with the cover, the pleated paper filter element and the foam pre-filter. Replacing this filter is a simple task that does not require any tools.
