This is a high-quality OEM component which is designed for use with Char-Broil infrared grills. Char-Broil's commercial series infrared grills feature a patented cooking grid and infrared emitter tray which radiates and transmits heat to grill food without exposure to flame. If the part is heavily rusted or damaged it needs to be replaced. This is the emitter tray only designed to be paired with a cast iron cooking grate which is sold separately. Note, this durable stainless steel emitter is sold individually. Replacing it is a simple task that does not require any tools.

1. Opened the grill cover.
2. Removed the cooking grates.
3. Removed and discarded the old emitter plates.
4. Inserted the new emitter plates.
5. Replaced the cooking grates.
