Do you sell a trimmer head eyelet sleeve for this model or do I have to buy the whole trimmer head?

I had to remove my "lower cover assembly" so that I could remove my line and clean my head. Upon my inspection I noticed a broken O-ring (about 1/16" thick). Nowhere do you should this O-ring or how do I purchase one. Where does it go and is it necessary? I would think it would be necessary but I have no idea where it. I purchased this from my local Ace Hardware Store 6/12/2021. Yeah, it's been over a year but this O-ring should not have broken this soon. I am respectfully asking one to be sent to me.
