1. removed all remaining parts
2. replaced the spring tension pin that was installed (wrong pin installed at manufacturer)
3. re-assembled with new detent pin and new spring tension pin (spring tension spring must be a snug fit into the detent pin, more tension than installed by hand but must tap in easily with a small hammer)
