The replacement parts I purchased were the Power Cup Concentrators. They\'re needed for proper heat transfer for the popcorn to pop. There was no repair involved! All that was needed was to insert a concentrator in the popcorn bin.
Not a repair. It was a re-order of disposable items needed to operate the popcorn maker, which I love and want to continue to use. Order shipped fast and worked great!

No problem, other than finding replacement Power Cups Concentrators. Glad I could locate them on the web site.
Place the power-cup concentrator in the bowl of the Presto popcorn popper, add popcorn with a small amount of canola oil and a bit of salt, and place in the microwave oven for approximately 2 and 1/2 minutes on high and enjoy the treat.
Could not find the concentrator cups at any retail store, so had to order online. Received them promptly. No repair needed, just replacement cups for my microwave popcorn popper.
