Ed asked on 2019-09-10
Hello Ed, Thank you for the question. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

Have problems with flame adjustment. Will not give me full flame. Takes a long time to heat up. Could this be my regulator?
Ron for model number Ccg200 asked on 2019-11-03
Hello Ron and thanks for writing. Your model number is not recognized. But in general, if we are talking about your BBQ this is worth a try. Reset the regulator by turning off the burners on your gas grill. Turn off the propane tank and disconnect the hose from the tank. With your gas grill lid open, turn the burner knobs to high for about two minutes, and then turn them off again. Reconnect the hose to your propane tank and slowly turn on the gas. If this does not help, please provide us with your full model number. As according to our database, the model number you provided is just a portion of a model number with multiple possible variations. To ensure that we recommend parts that will work for your model, please check your information again; you will need to provide us with the full model and serial numbers located on the sticker on the unit itself. Once we have that information, we would be happy to find the part you need.

Question: Obsolete Flame Tamer

What do I do now that I can't order a replacement steel flame tamer?! Mine is in pretty bad shape. Mine also never had screws. It had tabs that the plate secured onto, but over time and much use, they broke off.
Hello 1164911,

You still might be able to locate on on line. Also if you know a good sheet metal guy and your old one is in good enough shape, maybe he could make one for you that was better than the original one.

Good luck,
