I feel sort of silly writing this out. I opened the box, took out the black liner and sat into the container. Fits fine and I will be more careful with it in the future.

1. Tried to order replacement liner
2. Discovered I ordered wrong replacement liner
3. Called customer service. The woman who helped me was wonderful and helped me order the correct part and process a refund and return for wrong part.
4. Place new liner into slow cooker.
