Got the part... Sloooowly
I paid for "expedited" delivery (first upgrade). I ordered on Monday, it arrived on Friday. USPS was paid for two day delivery, but eR took two days to get it to the Post Office.
Asked for, but was denied refund of expedite fee.
Today we regularly get two day delivery, one day occurs often. eR might be behind the curve.
Lesson: Anticipate breakdowns long in advance (check with HAL 9000).
