The front adjusting collar fits between the front adjuster panel and the front adjusting arm. This is available as an individual replacement part and is made of metal. It is an authentic OEM sourced item which is specially produced for use with Honda lawn mowers. A wrench may be necessary during the installation of this part. Over time this item may break and will need to be replaced.
