My part got to me quickly

Although the it took some time to get to me, this was the ONLY place where I could purchase the small but essential tool needed to clean my espresso machine’s milk frother.

Item arrived promptly and was well-priced, so I bought a backup! It looks and works same as the original Breville tool we previously had

The original part had a way to remove the tip (you can see the hexagon on the picture. This one did not fit the tip and the pin itself is smaller, so it doesnt clean as well. Better than nothing but disappointed.

The cleaning tool I received is different from the item as pictured online. While the part number is correctly displayed on the outside of the packaging carton, the item I received has a hexagon in the center whereas the picture online does not. Needlessly to say, the item I received does not fit the milk wand for my Breville Barista Pro (BES878). Also, the needle tip of this cleaning tool I received appears broken in half.
