Unscrewed old clamshell and removed everything inside. Put everything into the new clamshell. Filed down connectors a little so key would go in smoothly. Screwed clamshell back together. Applied silicone spray to connectors and key. This repair was easy and cheap and saved me from having to buy a new mower. Ereplacementparts.com was easy to use and I got my part quickly.
