2.) Removed broken clamp with socket set using the star bit
3.) Unscrewed the screw so it was not connecting both sides of the clamp
4.) Squeezed the clamp so I could start the screw to the other side
5.) Tightened screw and it was done

2. Unhook wires from switch and install new switch.
3. Replace handle as not to pinch wires, install screws and tighten.
4. Loosen clamp screw, remove bellows.
5. Remove old clamp, install new clamp, install bellows, tighten.
