This replacement choke lever control is a high-quality item that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Subaru / Robin engines that are commonly installed on a variety of lawn and garden equipment. It is part of the carburetor which allows a user to adjust the choke. This will restrict the flow of air, thereby enriching the fuel-air mixture. Because this part is used quite frequently, over time it has a tendency to wear and may eventually break requiring a replacement. Please note this durable plastic part is sold individually.

Separate the pump(pressure washer) from engine to avoid pump damage.
Loosen engine mounting bolts/nuts.
Leave only one pair loosely screwed together to prevent engine falling of working surface(engine mounting plate).
Empty and remove fuel tank and hoses, modify it accordingly to use a carburetor(cap return fuel line fitting), rotate the engine as required(clockwise as seen from the top) to gain working space and be able to loosen nuts holding together air filter box, Throttle Body/EFI unit, heat insulator, intake gaskets and slide off all aforementioned components from intake studs.
Pay attention to linkage(s) going to the throttle body, these are tricky to detach and easily bent(damaged).
Modify stock EFI harness to use ONLY oil level sensor and kill switch(find the wiring diagram online and need to know how to read it to be able to modify it properly).
Remove fan shroud/starter assembly(four bolts),remove flywheel nut, pull flywheel(need 2 legged extractor to pull flywheel off crank snout, be extra careful not to damage any of the magnets or machined surfaces), remove power generating coil behind flywheel, you won't be using it anymore.
Assembly:
Assembly/route at this time flywheel(torque flywheel nut to 43-46ft/lbs), flywheel shroud and any associated hardware(fuel hose and modified electric harness).
Slide intake gasket, heat insulator, carburetor gasket, carburetor(don't forget to connect the linkage to carburetor), air filter box gasket and last air filter box. Carburetor it's a DIRECT drop in swap on the EFI engine. Almost no mods required.
#ATTENTION# Carburetor assembly does not come with choke lever included, hence why I bought it, don't matter if it's a factory part or aftermarket(I bought the carburetor off EBAY, $15, can't beat that).
Bolt on fuel tank, make sure hose it's tight at both tank and carburetor fittings.
Make sure electric harness it's connected and not rubbing against any moving part(s) or sharp edges on the engine. Make sure spark plug wire it's connected.
I think by know the engine it's ready to run. Pour fresh fuel, make sure there's no leaks, make sure oil level it's correct, set kill switch to RUN or ON. Put the choke on, pull the cord and it should run fine.
DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING while running for nasty surprises later on.
