It works, however.....
....since I got the electric screwdriver this was for from a department store used since it was a display model, it has since suffered a battery failure in between it being put on sale and me buying it due to it being left uncharged. As a result it is unusable until I can replace it with a new cell, which I believe may be an 18650. The charger does work though. I measured it and even jury rigged it to another, but a Type 2 of the same item, just different plug design(no idea why they bothered doing that) and it charged that one with no issues. Item was shipped well and very fast too like other parts I bought from here before so A++++ again.

I have a Ryobi electric screwdriver and I need to replace the battery as it no longer holds a charge. the black label says HP 496 9.6V and it also says use with battery 130269014 / 130269002. the battery which no longer holds a charge says BD0631 on it. can you advise on the part number for a replacement battery? thanks!
